The electricity, water and gas prices have been increasing continuously for years – as a result, meter manipulation also increases more and more. In order to secure meters for water, electricity and gas accordingly, we are offering special seals that are convincing due to convenient handling and a high level of security and reliability. You can fit our seals to the widest range of meters, thus protecting them against unauthorised access.
Meter seals are easy to handle and, as a rule, can be attached to the corresponding meter without the use of a tool. Depending on design type, they are used with a seal wire or a steel cable (e.g. the FT Seal npc or the Breakaway) and protect against manipulation of the measurement readings for gas, water and electricity. First-aid kits or fire extinguishers can also be safeguarded by our seals (e.g. by our padlock). The seals have consecutive numbering and unique identification marking that make them distinctive and it is quickly obvious if a meter seal has been removed and replaced by another seal. You will find out quickly if there have been manipulation attempts on water meters, electricity meters or gas meters.
Reliably safeguard the water and energy supply: for example, Ferrotec offers high-quality pull-through seals for meters that are convincing due to fast handling and comprehensive protection (FT Breakaway seal, Type Mini seal).
